Our Story

We are a group of dedicated high school students from Sage Hill School, advocating for fashion sustainability & reimagined lives. We hope that by upcycling donated clothing, we can inform others about the negative environmental impacts of fashion waste. We also hope that by supporting anti-fast fashion organizations, we are changing the lives of the women currently stuck and exploited in toxic fast fashion factories.

Founder and President Anna Yang started Reimagined in September 2022, after she upcycled her clothes for the first time.  Anna was inspired by the cycle of fashion and how it's a brilliant solution to recent fast fashion environmental and social consequences.

We host donation drives where others can donate their torn/old clothing to us instead of throwing them away. We then host upcycling workshops at schools for members to "reimagine" and give those clothes a new life. We embellish, sew, and paint clothing to fix flaws, or to alter them to fit current fashion trends. At the end of the year, we host a Sustainable Fashion Show, featuring the pieces members made throughout the year. At the same time, we sell our clothing online and in person, donating all proceeds to organizations working to stop fast fashion. â€‹â€‹â€‹

We are a registered 501(c) non-profit. All members receive service hours.
